Okay, I realize that I'm not a "typical" girl (I do have my girly moments), but I was rather annoyed by this article. I can understand (to an extent) the need to 'decompress' in a 'mancave' ... but these 'mancaves' sound like something I want!!!! I mean a TV to watch sports and play video games uninterupted? All my sports memorbilia in one place? The article got my hopes up near the end under the heading "Not just for men" ... but then they went all 'girly' on me!

Don't shoot me for restricting this to a heterosexual couple, this stems from an argument/debate that I had with a male friend of mine. I'll post his thoughts and mine after I get the results back.

I got this from
she_flies whom I don't think I actually know, but she knows people I know so I was randomly looking at her LJ site. :) And I liked the options that came up, that I had to share!
Go to the following sites and snag the requested info. Then put them together into a picture and post it here! Then we can guess what type of music your band plays!
1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Ran dom
The first article title on the page is the name of your band.
2. http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php 3
The last four words of the very last quote is the title of your album.
3. http://www.flickr.com/explore/interestin g/7days
The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
Here is my result:

Ack! My Sports Illustrated is all .... ORANGE!!!!!!!!! Yuck! The only positive ... let's see if the SI Cover Jinx still exists. ;) If so, UT won't have a very good year ... or at the very least the 3 players they put on the cover won't!
And I'm being lazy posting about last weekend ... I'll try to get around to it this weekend, but I have an urge to clean up this dump!

Alright ... I would appreciate input/opinions on this. I currently have Sprint, but I'm thinking about changing carriers. T-Mobile seems to have the best plan, but I'm not sure about the potential for spotty coverage. Verizon seems to be the best in the area for many factors, but I'm still not sold. I have some friends that have Cingular and are happy with it, but I had a bad experience with them previously so it would take a lot to sell me on them.
So here's my question ... what carrier do you currently have? What are you happy with and what are you unhappy with (service, options, coverage, etc)?
It would also be helpful if you have specific experiences in the DFW area.
Thanks!

Here's the sitch ... on Friday evening I attempted to scan some pictures into my computer ... when I launched the HP Imaging software, an "Internet Explorer Script Error" window popped up ... it detailed the line at which this error occurred and then said "do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes/No" ... no matter which button I pushed, the program would not function. It just had the basic background window for the program, but you couldn't access any of the functions within the program (i.e. scanning, copying, etc). I thought the program might have gotten corrupted because I had been having to have the CD in a drive in order to use the program (I hadn't had time to try and troubleshoot why that was the case). I uninstalled the software and then reinstalled in, but got the same results. So I thought I might have a virus, so I attempted to launch Norton AntiVirus (NAV) ... with the same results. So now I uninstalled NAV and Internet Security (NIS) (both had problems) ... when I finally was successful at that, I couldn't register or activate the products. I wasn't getting a script error ... in fact, until this evening I wasn't getting any errors at all. Tonight, NIS said there was an internal error and I had to reinstall the software ... which is what I'm doing right now (I'm writing this from my laptop). Anyway, when I wasn't able to register/activate those products, I checked all my internet connection settings ... everything appeared to be in order (I can access email, windows updates were downloading, LiveUpdate files were updating, etc) ... so I opened up a browser window to try and research what the issue was ... I can't get a page to load in either IE or Mozilla. So now I'm at a total loss. I looked on Microsoft's website and it said I needed to uninstall and reinstall IE6, but I can't seem to determine how that can be done in WinXP. I have tried everything they suggested on their site, but to no avail.
Anyone have any ideas? If you need more info on my system setup just let me know.
